WH-800 Pressure Transmitter is widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, absolute pressure measurement, can also be measured negative pressure.
Pressure Transmitter has high sensitivity, high precision and strong overload resistance. It uses high-quality sensors and is highly integrated with the amplifier circuit; the die-cast alloy aluminum housing; has strong anti-interference ability, acid and alkali resistance, and is stable and reliable for a long time.
The pressure transmitter uses high-quality pressure chips. The sensitive element uses diffusion or ion implantation to form a resistor and connects it into a Wheatstone bridge. The pressure-sensitive diaphragm is formed under the bridge using micromachining technology. When pressure acts on the diaphragm, the resistance value changes and a linear output signal proportional to the applied pressure is generated. When we add a DC power supply to the Wheatstone bridge, a DC voltage signal output will be generated. After the secondary conversion circuit, a two-wire 4~20MA output is achieved.
◆ Good stability: The long-term stability of full scale and zero position can reach 0.2%FS/ year. In the compensation temperature range of 0-70℃, the temperature drift is less than 0.2% FS. In the entire allowable operating temperature range, it is less than 0.5% FS.
◆It has reverse protection and current limiting protection circuit functions. During installation, if the positive and negative poles are connected in reverse, the transmitter will not be damaged. In the event of an abnormality, the transmitter will automatically limit the current to within 35mA.
